107. The Light in the Garden
Nasruddin’s neighbor was complaining about how dark it was inside his house.
“It’s not at all like your nice house here,” the neighbor said. “Your house is full of light, but my house is so dark. I don’t know what to do.”
“I sympathize,” Nasruddin replied. “Light is very important.” He then thought for a few moments. “How about in your garden?” Nasruddin asked. “Is there light in your garden?”
“Well, of course there’s light in the garden. The garden is full of light!”
“Then that’s the solution!” exclaimed Nasruddin. “Just move your house into the garden where it’s light.”

Long live the new THOHEEKS! But who will this new leader of Sanderz-Vawn be? For although young Horsclansman Tim Sanderz, exiled long years ago, has come to reclaim his rightful inheritance, his stepmother wants to see her own Ehleen son as ruler in Vawn. After not doing any walks for two days I got up and got out there yesterday morning. We did a leisurely 2.4 miles. At least I was doging it, Erik the dog was all hyped up and eager to go no doging it for him.
The Park host that was here when I left on 1 May left for good in the afternoon when I arrived. The owner is now running the Campground and he is not much of a host. He was here last winter doing hosting duties while the regular host was on a 2-3 week vacation and wasn’t much of of host then either. I’m not so sure I’ll stay here through the entire winter season this time.
I have a water tank that is dripping that I need to get fixed. I stopped at a RV repair shop in Deming and the one man shop said he could not see where the leak might be coming from and since he was there alone it was a bigger job than he could handle. There are two shops in Sierra Vista that I have used in the past but will not use again. The other alternative is go to Tucson where there are a lot of shops but they all have a “city” mentality which I don’t want to deal with. It is a problem that I need to think on for a while.
What made you leave the RV Park just north of Huachuca City for the winter?
Park management! The full time resident part of the Park had also filled up and had started to look like a squatter camp on some of the sites. Again, Park management.
