105. Nasruddin and the Bears
A rich man had invited Nasruddin to go with him on a bear hunt. Reluctantly, Nasruddin accepted the invitation.
A few days later, he returned from the hunt beaming with happiness.
“How did it go?” his neighbor asked him.
“It was wonderful!” Nasruddin replied with a smile.
“How many bears did you kill?”
“None!”
“How many bears did you chase?”
“None!”
“How many bears did you see?”
“None!” said Nasruddin happily.
His neighbor stared at him in confusion.
“That is why it was wonderful!” Nasruddin explained. “I don’t mind hunting bears if there are not any bears to be found.”

I went to town on Wednesday and did my weekly grocery gathering plus picked up the yogurt that I had Jake’s order.
That is about all that I have been doing, that plus working on the conversion of the Western Tour from Google Maps to Mapbox and getting it on a WordPress page. The layout for it is the same as what I did for the Cross Country Tour conversion so it should not take as long. The most time consuming part, now that I have learned how to do the map conversions, is getting all the photos downloaded and saved in WordPress then creating the Foo Gallery.
When we first got up this morning there had been a recent rain shower and the sky looked like it was going to rain more very soon. The forecast was 90% chance of rain in the morning and afternoon so I decided that today was not a good day to do our walks.
I don’t have any quotes from this posting by James Howard Kunstler but suggest that you read it all Dressed To Kill.
