I woke up this morning with smartwatch reporting an elevated resting heart rate again, even higher than the last time. The Stress numbers being reported were also very high during the night. Therefore, we are taking a walking day off again and I’m starting my ibuprofen cycle that has worked in the past to reduce inflammation and clear up psoriasis flares. A few days ago I saw one area that was inflamed like what happens when I have a flare but is was small and clear up within 24 hours. I’ll see what the ibuprofen cycle does, usually after only 2-3 days I get back to my ‘normal’ resting heart rate readings.
