It is historical fiction that was done well. A good book in a good series. Sigwulf and his companions Osric and Walo are sent on a deadly mission to search the wild northlands of Europe for the rarest of creatures for the Caliph, including a giant, lethal wild ox, elusive hunting falcons and polar bears. Every animal they capture must be white, the royal colour of Baghdad.

I’m slowly learning how to work with WordPress from an Android tablet. It is a lot different than working from a regular PC keyboard. The typing of text from the screen keyboard has not been that much of a problem it is the navigation that has been the most troublesome.

There have been strong winds here these past few days. The weather guesses thought there was a chance of rain last night but all we got was more wind. I think it will calm down now as it rebuilds it strength for the usual Spring winds.
