65. Bags of Loot
Nasruddin’s wife woke him in the middle of the night. “I heard burglars!” she whispered. “I saw them leaving their bags of loot in the garden, and then I heard them come into our house. It sounds like they’re in the kitchen.”
Nasruddin leaped out of bed, pulled on his clothes, and began to climb out of the bedroom window into the garden.
“What are you doing?” his wife asked.
“I’m going to sneak outside,” Nasruddin whispered, “and steal the loot from other people’s houses while the thieves waste their time looking for something worth stealing here inside our house.”

President Trump has announced that Kari Lake will serve as the Director of Voice of America. MSNBC, one of the ‘elites news spinners’, said this in their reporting of the announcement:
“Kari Lake latest losing candidate set to join Trump’s second term team. As Trump chooses Kari Lake to lead the Voice of America, a larger pattern is coming into focus: The president-elect is picking a lot of failed candidates.”
If MSNBC and others in the main stream media don’t like the appointment then I think it is probably a good one. The Democrats may have screwed up by putting their thumb on the scales in the Senate vote count. Kari now can do more to disrupt their agenda than she could have done as a Senator. I’m glad Trump found a place for her in his administration.
There have been a lot of calls from Democrats encouraging president Biden to pass out blanket pardons to all those people in his administration that everyone knows are in need of one. This has caused me to have a thought, always a dangerous thing to happen.
What if a president Trump were to pardon all the J6 prisoners on his first day in office? There is growing support for him to do that and it would drive the elite left crazy; maybe allow for other things to be overlooked. Then as that hubbub died down he pardons Luigi Mangione the suspect charged with the assassination of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. Not only a pardon but also nominated him as Assistant Secretary of Health and Human Services.
That nomination might be a bridge too far; it would require Congressional approval but it certainly would send a message. There would be Health CEOs dancing to the lyrics revised in “Bad Boy, Bad Boy”.
Health CEO boys, Health CEO boys
What you gonna do?
What you gonna do when they come for you?
